شركة الصناعات السعودية للنوافذ - وينتك تأسست في عام 1989. وبدأت نشاطها من النوافذ PVC لتكتسب مكانتهاالمرموقة وباستخدام التكنولوجيا من الشركات الأوروبية. أصبحت نوافذ PVC أكثر شعبية خلال العامين الأولين من عملها.و بسبب هذا في عام 1991، قررت إدارة SIPW لإنتاج نظام التعريف الخاصة به باستخدام التكنولوجيا الخاصة بها. في عام 1992، التي SIPW لانشاء مصنع من 5000 متر مربع في جدة الصناعية. في عام 1993، تم تشغيل أول مصنع PVC-U انبثق في الخليج وحمل الاسم التجاري WINTEK.
SAUDI INDUSTRIES FOR PVC WINDOWS CO. LTD. (SIPW) was founded in 1989. It started its activity as a simple fabricator of PVC windows acquiring its profile and using a technology from a European company. The PVC window became popular during the first two years of its operation. Because of this in 1991, the management of SIPW decided to produce its own profile system using its own Technology. In 1992, SIPW started to set up its own complete Profile Extrusion Plant in a newly acquired 5000 sq. meters space in Jeddah Industrial Estate.
In 1993, the first PVC-U Window Profile Extrusion Plant in the Gulf was operated and carried the brand name WINTEK. The country's very scorch and extreme climate challenged the Management and its Technical Team to develop further its innovative product to suit the condition the country.
